Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Sunday morning

Good morning!!! :)
Feeling positive and happy today and no Sunday anxiety (not that I usually get it, but sometimes the next week can seem so daunting! )But I am just looking forward to next week being over!! So each day closer to nextt Saturday is a good day!! :)
Yesterday A came over and we made tacos for dinner before we continued the series we have been following ➡ and snacks are obligatory!! Vegetables and dip is a favourite of mine!  And of course the salted nuts and caramel chocolate :) perfect Saturday night!

Then this morning I took the dog for a walk while A slept and then came home and "prepared" breakfast! Always nice to have a little more fancy and cosy breakfast :)
The rest of the day I will just take as it comes and see what I do!!

And it's great to see so many people commenting recently :) I will try my best to answer all your comments and questions!

Have a lovely sunday! How are you spending your day?

  1. Just out of interest, what series are you following at the moment? I need inspiration! Also, just a positive, yesterday anorexia was trying to isolate me and stop me from going out with my friends, which caused lots of anxiety...but I fought through it and went out anyway and ended up having a good night! AND I've managed not to compromise because of it! So proud of myself and just thought I'd share this! I'm planning on relaxing today walking my dogs and reading etc. I hope you have a good day! Xxx

    1. That is awesome. I am soo proud of you!!! <3 <3 and we're following the japenese (?)series death note... It was A who suggested it :) And it's very plot twisting which I like! Have a lovely day!
