But you need to stop saying tomorrow and start saying now. Realise that you can make a change RIGHT NOW.

Have you skipped a meal? Go eat one now! Make the change to defy your eating disorder.
You want to binge/plan on binging? Take a walk, go talk to someone, distract yourself. You dont need to binge, be strong and know that binging wont help anything.
You want to purge/plan on purging? Know that it WONT help. It will affect your teeth, your health and mental state. You DONT have to purge, it is not an effective way to deal with anxiety or compensate. You DONT need to compensate for eating.
You want to over exercise/plan on over exercising to compensate for eating? Stay still. Talk to someone, distract yourself. You DONT need to compensate just because you ate more or ate something. It may be tough now, but the anxiety will pass even if you have to go a whole week filled with anxiety it WILL pass. Make the change NOW to defy your eating disorder.
You want to self harm/overdose/abuse laxatives or diuretics/ resort to other unhealthy coping methods? You dont need to self harm, you dont need to take too many pills or laxatives. You dont need to self harm. Start TODAY. Start NOW with defying that voice in your head, with going against what you might usually do or resort to. Skip the unhealthy coping methods and find some better way to cope.
You CAN make a change and you can make it NOW. Sit down and write down what you want to achieve and how you can achieve it. For example if you want to gain weight then you have to eat all your meals and not cheat. If you want to overcome an exercise addiction then you need to find ways to keep yourself still and distracted from your thoughts and exercise. If you want to stop binging or purging then you need to try to eat according to a meal plan or some structured way of eating and have a healthy coping mechanism for when you want to resort to binging or purging, as well as seeking proffessional help and support for ALL of the problems. It is important to have some form of help and support, someone who can be there for you or give you some guidelines.
