My motto is

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Staying positive & what do you want to read about?

This morning i decided to start the new day and week by thinking positive and trying (and suceeding! ) to feel good in my body. It's funny how something as simple as straightening my hair can make such a difference in the way i feel. Also throwing a 'hanging top' over my bloated belly and i was all set to go!! For the rest of the day i focused on being positive and happy - smiling at people and being positive. Staying happy and focused in class, not comaplaining about the work load. It has felt super awesome to feel positive and happy, it might have been the sunshine which helped as well :)


How am i feeling otherwise? Not back to my usual self mental-state-wise. But half way there.... though there are some things going on in my life as well as my overanalyzing and self critical mind which aren't really helping me at the moment. But i am trying my best with everything. Have got 101 different things on my mind right now and so many things to do, but i need to learn patience. There is a time and place for everything!! haha

Blogging wise? Lacking inspiriation. -_-' So please come with tips and suggestions :):):) That will help me out alot and will also make the blog and posts more interesting for YOU!

More personal posts. Less personal? More recovery or less recovery posts? More food posts? More of my food posts? Less of my food posts? Maybe you have some exercise questions you want to ask? I'm not really sure..... what you want to read!!!

Anyway, to end this day i watched a sort of interesting documentary about food/nutrition/calories... though it makes me realise just how much i already know. Whenever i watch these types of documentaries i already know 98% of the information and always end up shocked about the lack of knowledge which 'randomers' display when asked questions....:/ But i know i am just aware of the information as i do research and it is something that interests me. If someone were to ask me some make up or car question while out in town i would not be able to answer at all... so i cant judge :)

Tomorrow is a new day and hopefully the sun will be shining then as well :) The sun makes everything better.... and a delicious snack (below!).

1,5portion egg white oatmeal topped with casein, nuts and dried fruit. Peanut butter & a few pieces of chocolate :)

  2. I'd love to see more personal posts, like what you've done in the day, what you're struggling with/what's in your head, and what you're looking forward too, what's going on in your life etc! And more food posts! Also, you look lovely in your picture and I'm so happy to hear that you're feeling better! Xxx

I also think you already offer such a lovely and huuuuuuge variety of all your topics and posts*_* ;) I love the mixture of your personal ones and the food pics as well ;) also your advices are soooo knowledged and as I already said it before one time I think, it strangely always fits perfectly to my actual daily problems and struggles ;) so I would love you to keep this up ;) *_*just maybe a few more pics about your daily life in your surrounding, like your house, way to school, time with friends or something like this ;) this would be something I absolutely would enjoy to see, but only if you want to of course ;)
