My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Positive April

Happy April the 1st :)



A new month has arrived and that means closer to summer and graduation. Infact its almost a little scary how close to graduation it really is, even if at times it feels so far off. Though something i can say with absaloute certainty and honesty is that I am longing so badly!! In Sweden there are alot of old traditions regarding graduation - which i will talk more about closer to the time - and it's so exciting thinking about them!
 
My graduation was however not the main aim or focus of this post, but about being positive. Making the best of this month!! April is the month when it generally begins to go from cold/winter to spring/summer... by the end of April it's usually a little warmer, which i am hoping will happen this year so that we don't have to wait until May for the sun to start shining properly :) But to get through these next weeks i have decided that For the whole of April (I.e 30 days) i am going to try to write 1-5 (or more) positive things about the day. So everyday that i post i am going to make sure i write something positive about the day, to really appreciate live. To appreciate the moment and the day.
(And if i forget some day, which i am sure will happen, hopefully one of my readers will remind me!!!)


I am also planning on setting goals for myself this month, as i have barely set or followed goals at all this whole year and i am feeling its time to have some small part goals to aim for. Such as actually writing my CV and starting to apply for jobs - i am pretty sure most summer jobs have already been filled by this stage :( Among other goals! If you are curious i can write out my goals for this month :)

With that being said, I am going to make April an awesome month and stay as positive as i can!!! I am 99% positive most of the time anyway, but now i want to share that positivity and i wan YOU to also join in. To write ATLEAST one positive thing about each day. Or to atleast think about something positive that might have happened!!

If you hate positivity and think that positive things each day will get  boring, repetitive and old... well then i am sorry for you, and you can just skip my positives of the day!! XD

  2. Yes! I´m in with the setting goals for this month and positives of the day:)
    My goal for April to finally get rid of my habit and compulsion (and obsession) to exercise before, during and after eating and also not take pauses from studying to do exercises.

    And positive thing today I really felt I learnt something in school :D and it isn´t raining anymore.

    1. These are great goals!! Trust me, if you work hard on these goals and getting rid of your habits/obsession, alot can change in these 4 weeks! And those are great positives!
