This start to my day put me in a good mood and ready to tackle the day!! Got quite alot to do today so need to start getting ready :)
What is your favourite way to start the day or cheer yourself up? :)
After a 5 year struggle with anorexia (with purging tendencies), depression, self harm and over exercising I have now been recovered for 4 years and i use my blog to help others in the same situation i once was. I am now a happy and positive person who wants to inspire those struggling to choose recovery and to take control over life and happiness again!
Well daisy peaking in the back always makes me smile she's adorable haha! I also love to hike, read a great book with tea, have my favourite food like chocolate, workout if I have the energy, paint, really anything to get outside my own head you know?
