Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

If you have any questions leave them in the comment section as i am much quicker at answering there, otherwise you can always send an email: lifewithoutanorexia@hotmail.com

    1. I hope you are having a good day and can continue to judge people from photos :)

    2. You do that too, constantly. And descriptions make it much easier for your behaviors to become obvious though. ;)

    3. So you know what I think and why I do things? There is a thing called enjoyING cardio which I have mentioned plenty of times before. If I have lots of energy I use that energy, if I'm tired i rest. And trust me, one or two sentences of description doesn't tell you much about my life, thoughts or behaviours. if you dislike me, what I post or how I behave you can unfollow. There is no reason for you to get irritated, I will continue living my life the way i do because I am happy and healthy the way I live my life.

    4. Healthy, that's why next to your boyfriend you need to eat insane amounts of raw vegetables so you don't look like you're 'pigging out'. Lol. You also judge others based on a picture with a few words of description. Nice hypocrisy. :D

    5. And what? If thats the lifestyle she wants to live, feels happy, feels healthy and is living her life than who are you to judge anything about her? If she wants vegetables with her boyfriend its HER choice. When did she ever say it was because she didnt want to seem like she was pigging out? SHE WANTED VEGETABLES! Apparently she cant eat vegetables alongside chips and chocolate or something? Maybe think about what you say before just mindlessly putting bullshit comments to people on THEIR own blog. Whether you believe its hipocrisy or not it's none of your business. Whether you THINK she is running to "purge" food ( hint: shes not ), is none of your business. Hell, it's none of nine or yours. I come here to get advice from a healthy recovered young woman and take what I need. If you arent here to utilize the amazing information and help on her blog and would rather pick through everything you find "hypocritical" or "unhealthy" or "wrong" get out or get some help yourself. Because you seem to really need it. I hope you the best anon.

      Sincerely,
      Appreciative blog reader of Izzys

  3. Izzy, you've helped me so much in recovering from anorexia and made me feel like I wasn't going through it alone. I think its appauling that someone would say such nasty things about such a positive person. To this rude commenter, Shame on you...... it would be best that you focus on your own recovery rather than scrutinise other peoples life!
