Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

I am a generally happy girl who loves running, going to the gym and eating food!! Though my life has been very different.
I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia & purging tendencies & over exercising. I was depressed and self harmed. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
After alot of struggles, lots of ups and downs, suicide attempts, tears, anxiety, panic and never thinking i would be healthy.
I am now declared healthy from anorexia nervosia.

I have been blogging for 4 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I am happy and healthy and living my life. Going to school, meeting friends and trying to find myself in this world.

I write about my daily life, but also try to write posts about how it was when i was sick, advice and tips.
I am open and friendly, so dont be scared about writing a post or sending me an email at:

Vlog: Trust your doctors and seek proffessional care

My attempt at trying to make a video...

*So much repetition
*So much messing with my hair
* Distracting dog

- Why am i posting this video? Mainly because Daisy is so cute - so skip to like 4.30 if you dont care what im saying and just want to see Daisy :) hahah

However to summarize what i say in the video - Trust your doctors. They arent lying to you. You need to listen to them and take their advice on board and also seek proffessional help. DONT self diagnose. Dont just ask people online for help, but actually talk to someone. It can be scary,  but its for YOUR best!!

  1. Guurlll your arms are looking amazing! So much progress. And daisy is so cute and so is your smile and laugh. I like this video alot. It shows your personality as well!

    1. Naaw thank you :) haha, i havent noticed so much prgoress with my arms!! I am glad you liked the video.

  2. Awesome video!! <3 feel better!! <3 :)

  3. I completely agree that seeking help from professionals is vital - I wouldn't be recovering from my ED if it were not for the doctors/ dieticians/ therapists etc. I wouldn't be here...honestly!

Your blog is so inspiring and it is really helpful to gain advice from others (like yourself), which helps me so much!! But, I do know that when I was really, really sick - - I just HAD to ask for help, it was necessary.

    Xx <3

    1. Exactly :) Professional help is so important, even if finding online help and such can be helpful, having professionals helps alot more, most of the time.
