My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.
I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.
I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Soaking up the sunlight
Sunshine must be the best mood enhancer, i absaloutly love it!!!
I had planned to workout with my sister today though when we checked the gym we had planned to go to it closed at 3pm so we realised we would have no time. (Is it just me or is it super strange for a gym to close so early? hahah) Instead we decided to soak up the sunlight and take a walk around the lake and i thought i would take the chance to get some spring-feeling pictures :) Though i am like an awkward little turtle infront of the camera, i never know what to do and the pictures always turn out weird :)
Infact when i describe myself i describe myself as awkward and like this mumbling, fumbling turtle (though i am actually super quick both in speed, thinking, action and words! XD)
Below you see some pictures - though they were only of me as my sister didnt want any photos of her taken and the battery died so i couldnt take of the scenery, haha XD
Definitely nice to take a walk, i miss being outside more. Now a days its mostly the gym or inside in school or at home, not so much walking or running outside. But soon i will have more free time!! Thats the problem when i both want to be out running and walking as well as in the gym and lifting weights, i love both so much but dont have the time for both so i prioritize lifting weights as its closest and more practical as well as being so much fun!!!
Before i ramble on too much about unnecessary things and thoughts, i am going to cut this post short - as i really dont have so much to say, and i hope you have all had a good day :):)
