Just a few of my recent meals:
I know my food isnt so varied, for many different reasons. 1)I dont follow with to go food shopping so my parents just buy the usual 2)I really enjoy what i eat 3) I dont have alot of time to spend on food or preparing food - its all about simple and easy food to make and eat.

After a 5 year struggle with anorexia (with purging tendencies), depression, self harm and over exercising I have now been recovered for 4 years and i use my blog to help others in the same situation i once was. I am now a happy and positive person who wants to inspire those struggling to choose recovery and to take control over life and happiness again!

Life without Anorexia
My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.
I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.
I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Hello Izzy,
ReplyDeletemaybe when you feel uninspired about what to write about: Could you maybe write an entry about how you feel that your past kind of separates you from your peers?
I remember you mentioning that you feel older than your age.
I kind of feel the same way and I would love to read your thoughts about that.
That would be awesome.
Thank you for everything!!!! :)
Ive written a post about this coming up today :)
DeleteHi Izzy! I was just wondering do you eat the skin of your kiwis???? I grew up not but I saw that your kiwis still have their skin on them.
ReplyDeleteYeah :) It has alot of fiber! As long as you wash them its fine!
DeleteThe skin on the kiwi is yummy and has lots of fibre.
ReplyDeleteIs the kombucha tea any good? :P i really want to try it, but the only way i could is to make it myself or order it online which costs A LOT. What are your thoughts on the home made tho? :D
ReplyDeleteIve never made home made Kombucha so i really dont know :( But give it a try and see.... the ones i drink are nice, they do have a bit of a weird flavour but they are still good!
Deletecould you do a food day diary in pictures??
ReplyDeleteNo. I dont feel like taking photos of everything i eat & i do alot of random handfuls of nuts or fruit here and there, so there is no point writing down/taking a photo of that!!
DeleteI would Also like to see that! To see what intuitive eating really is :)
DeleteHow old are you? :)
ReplyDeleteHow old are you? :)
ReplyDeleteGosh you can't imagine how much I miss cooking even more when I see your pictures :p uni isn't the best for that, I have to admit. Have you ever tried kumquats, guavas or cottage-gratinated zucchinis ? If no, I would definitely recommend. Just new random findings
