Life without Anorexia

My motto is

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Preparing for a new week

Good morning!!
  It's Monday morning and a new week and as many like to say, it's new chances and new opportunities to reach your goals and dreams. Though why wait for a Monday? You can make a change at any moment, which is something everyone should remember. If you binge, restrict, purge, compensate with exercise, self harm, start drinking too much etc you dont need to wait for a new week to change. You can make a change anytime, and then keep following that new path. Even if change is often difficult and strange, it doesnt have to be a bad thing!

Just some random morning ramblings!

Today it is back to school and waking up was the first challenge. This past week i havent gotten up later than 8.30am so not much of a sleep in but waking up at 6am didnt feel that great!! I'm pretty sure im not the only one feeling this way, so its to fight through the foggy brain and hopefully my brain will want to function properly once i get some energy into me!

It is no easy beginning this week, there is lots to do so i'm hoping to get back into routine quickly and find my study mode again!
