Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Monday morning

Good morning :)

It's Monday morning and I am feeling wide awake at 6am, however I also have stomach cramps and a headache making my energy and motivation for this day not so high. I dont really have so much to say, its a new week and I have Tuesday and Wednesday free from school as its parent-teacher meetings. It is very nice to have the two days off as i can do other things and take another 2 day break, haha. School motivation is not the highest at the moment, but its only a short while left so that's ok :) I just need to keep working hard and balance everything in my life!

I dont have so much to write so instead here is my night snack from yesterday - finally got to try the new cinnamon buns Ben and Jerry ice cream. And actually i liked it, i've read that alot of people havent liked it so much, but i thought it was yummy :) & some 'luxury chocolate' & rice pudding with cashews and raspberries.

^^Two photos which i can relate to quite alot ^^ hahah

  1. Hi Izzy, I was wondering if you could do a questbar review for the new S'mores flavour?? It hasn't come out in my country and I am debating over whether it is worth trying!
