Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Sweden is so pretty-I really want to go! Do most people speak English or know it like you?
Sweden definitely is a pretty country :) And most people do know English but i dont know how confident they are in speaking the language.... The younger generation are better at it, but out in smaller parts of Sweden i dont know how much English they know or could speak. But in places like Stockholm, Gotherburg, Malmö, Umeå, i am pretty sure most people can speak and understand English to some extent anyway :)

What's your favorite thing about sweden?
Well i do like Stockholm, i like living near to the city but also close to a forest and nature. Though that is just where we live... its not like that in all places. But i like living close and that despite me not liking the metro so much, it does go pretty quickly and gets you places!! :)

What kind of pastries do they have-any nut free ones-I'm allergic :(
I am pretty sure they have nut free ones :) But the tuypical ones are cinnamon buns, saffron buns, pistachio cake (type thing), Semla, biskvier, hallongrottar, princesstårta etc etc

have you been to any of the castles?
No i dont think i have, not that i can remember. But i am pretty sure i have when i was a child!

When is a good time to visit?
Definitely summer :) But even in like August is a pretty nice time to visit... or if you want to experience very cold and snow then December :)But its dark and cold then, so dont expect anything magical, hahaha!

Do you like Ireland or sweden more?
They both have their pros and cons, but i would say Sweden. Its more modern, its fresh, though the people in general might not be seen as the nicest compared to in Ireland where alot of people are so friendly. But i like the moderness and the nordicness (Hahah) of Sweden :) I feel i fit in better here than in Ireland. But both are good countries and both have their cons and such :)

are some areas of Sweden very different from each other??
Yeah the different parts are all slightly different, but i am not so great with this. So dont know if i should try answering or not, hahaha :)
