Todays lunch!! It was soooooo good. My favourite salad combination!
Tonights dinner, chicken burgers (made by me!!!) - They were so good, i can definitely recommend this :)
After a 5 year struggle with anorexia (with purging tendencies), depression, self harm and over exercising I have now been recovered for 4 years and i use my blog to help others in the same situation i once was. I am now a happy and positive person who wants to inspire those struggling to choose recovery and to take control over life and happiness again!

ReplyDeletecould you please write a short post about "wasted calories" . I mean... when i eat something that is not delicious i always think it was not worth the calories :/
How many times do you eat in a day? Do you know how many calories?
ReplyDeleteShe eats somewhere between 0-10 times a day, and 0-1000000 calories - that's all you need to know ;) It really should not matter how much and how often she eats, to us readers anyway. Izzy eats for her own body's needs and you need to do that too :)
