Just LOOK at that picture.... my stomach is making noises and telling me that it wants that right now!!! How have i never thought of such a delicious idea? It doesnt even just have to be peanut buter and jelly, it could be nutella and bananas, almond buter and bananas, butter and cheese, etc the list goes on.
Directions..... make pancakes (any type of pancakes! Choose your favourite and make smaller ones... or make crepes and then put the filling and roll the crepe and cut into small pieces!)
And then add your filling.
Mind blown right? :)
I might have to go to the shop to buy some jam and almond/peanut butter this evening so that i can make this... and make some of my delicious either oatmeal or protein pancakes.... (Or have to wait until my step dad comes home and then convince him to make his delicious pancakes!!!)

After a 5 year struggle with anorexia (with purging tendencies), depression, self harm and over exercising I have now been recovered for 4 years and i use my blog to help others in the same situation i once was. I am now a happy and positive person who wants to inspire those struggling to choose recovery and to take control over life and happiness again!

Life without Anorexia
My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.
I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.
I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

DeleteThis looks like the perfect combo! I have tried peanut butter and jam sandwiches, scones (really recommend!) but pancakes look even better...I hope I get to try these someday... and that they look as good as that picture haha! :)
ReplyDeletePB & J sandwiches are the best!! :)
DeleteCould you ask your step dad for his special pancake recipe and share it?? :)
ReplyDeleteI will :) I dont think he measures anything... but he might be able to give some rough estimations! They become so thin and crispy, they are delicious :)
DeleteI've had these before- whenever I make pancakes, I save the leftovers for these sandwiches!! SO good!
ReplyDeleteIve never even thought about it before, but its such a good idea!
