Life without Anorexia

My motto is

I am a generally happy girl who loves running, going to the gym and eating food!! Though my life has been very different.
I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia & purging tendencies & over exercising. I was depressed and self harmed. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
After alot of struggles, lots of ups and downs, suicide attempts, tears, anxiety, panic and never thinking i would be healthy.
I am now declared healthy from anorexia nervosia.

I have been blogging for 4 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I am happy and healthy and living my life. Going to school, meeting friends and trying to find myself in this world.

I write about my daily life, but also try to write posts about how it was when i was sick, advice and tips.

Creativity & some exercise thoughts!

This morning i had so much creativity, like the words and ideas could not stop flowing from my brain to my fingers and onto the screen infront of me. For almost a whole 90 minutes i just sat and wrote loads of posts... which will be coming up during the week! Though it makes me realise just how long time it takes to write posts as well, because i say many.... but it isnt that many ,hahaha!!!
   Tuesday is the day where i get a bit of a sleep in which felt great and was much needed i guess thats why i felt so creative and energetic, i got about 9 hours sleep last night!!!
As usual on Tuesdays, its the day where i start later than usual but i am still going into school 90 minutes before my first lesson to get some work done - so that i dont have to stress with school work during the evenings or right before the deadline! Its good to be a morning person :)
   I am also going to go for a workout soon, once i am done typing!! Focus deadlifts, burpees and squat presses (i think they are called!). Its actually really fun to choose like 3-5 exercises and then make a little circuit put of them... though i still focus on heavy weights so it doesnt go fast and there is rest in between the sets of exercises! Variation is key :)
   I would love to try crossfit someday.... i feel like that type of working out is the exact type i like!! Its balance, speed, strength, functionality etc working the whole body and not just standing and doing bicep curls for 20 minutes!! hahaah. Thats what i love about aeroboxing, how its different each time. I can create different exercises and different supersets or trisets... push myself as well as the person i am working with!!...... Now im longing until i can start training more aeroboxing either with my sister or step dad!!

I spent a little too long looking through photos and found all of these!!! Miss summer... miss outside training!!

Now anyway, as usual i have spent far too much time blogging than i had planned XD and so its time to quickly get ready :):) (p.s this post was written at 8am... and then published at 3pm!!)
