Life without Anorexia

My motto is

I am a generally happy girl who loves running, going to the gym and eating food!! Though my life has been very different.
I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia & purging tendencies & over exercising. I was depressed and self harmed. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
After alot of struggles, lots of ups and downs, suicide attempts, tears, anxiety, panic and never thinking i would be healthy.
I am now declared healthy from anorexia nervosia.

I have been blogging for 4 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I am happy and healthy and living my life. Going to school, meeting friends and trying to find myself in this world.

I write about my daily life, but also try to write posts about how it was when i was sick, advice and tips.

Do you buy lottery tickets? Do you dream about winning the lottery?
 I dont buy lottery tickets, infact ive never really thought about it until recently... when i saw that a jackpot was 495 million kr.... hahah then i was a little tempted to buy 1, or 10 lottery tickets!!! Though they are so expensive so it feels like you waste more money than you would actually be likely of winning!! All my life i have dreamed of winning the lottery, and ive wished for either my mum or dad to win the lottery. Especially as my family have gone through alot of hard economic times, though it might not seem like it now. But through my childhood there have been some financially hard times so then i have wished and wished and wished that my family would win the lottery so that we wouldnt have to go through the hard times. And even now i mean, it would be great to win the lottery, who wouldnt want to do that? :)

how you went about finding what it is that you like to how did you discover that you enjoy HIT, or running, or being alone?
 Well running was something i did pre ED and i did always like it, so as soon as i got the chance i began jogging/running again and i still loved it, so that was something i knew i loved even if at times its awful and you can barely run 200m without stopping, haha. Its still something i want to do again! With other things.... well its like with people, give it some time and you will find out whether you like it or not (or whether you like people or not). With all things i say try them 3 times, and this goes for food as well. Dont just try something once and then make a decision. You need to try again.... this is what i do with all things and foods which i say i dont like, i still eat foods i dont like to see if it changes. Its like pizza, i dont like melted cheese or pizza but i have tried it several times and still.... i dont like it. But then its like avocado, sometimes i like it sometimes i dont!!
    So try new things i.e say if you want to know what type of exercise you like, try different forms 2-3 times.... you might not like that zumba class the first time because you feel out of place, but go back 1 or 2 more times and see how it feels!!!

Have you read the 50 shades of grey book? are you going to see the movie? what do you think about the story ?
No i havent read the book and in all honesty, I dont know so much about it. I know its a fanfiction of twilight, haha... and also that it supports abuse/rape? Or something like that i have heard. I dont think im going to see the film or read the book. 

Are you ever going to start a facebook or twitter page for your blog? 
I would like to.... but right now i dont have time. But also with facebook, it always wants to connect everything. So i feel like once i make a page for my blog, suddenly all my friends and family will find out and then just everything will connect and everyone will know.... -_- So i  might make a new facebook profile and make a page/group from there :)

Do you do the design yourself?
I do :( Its not that great, but i am going to try to vamp it up a bit in the near future :)

 Where do you see your blog in 5 years?
Its hard to answer this.... i dont know whether i will still be blogging in 5 years time or not. I prefer to just take it day by day :)
  But as i am into exercise and nutrition, i do think that sooner or later i will start going more in that direction and start another blog or something about that when i feel i have more time!

 Do you get any benefits (like money) from blogging?
Not really.... I call blogging my voluntary job!! XD But i do it because i enjoy it, not because of money or sponsorships etc

Are you allowed to wear a crop top in your school? :o
Yeah :) There arent really any clothing rules in my school. A few other girls in my class wear crop tops regularly!! I know in the U.S and England there are alot of clothing rules in school!!! In Ireland i used to wear a uniform, so its a big contrast between the schools in that area as well as other areas!!

How do i relax? How many hours sleep do i get each night?
I relax by watching series or movies. Drinking tea and writing. Taking a shower. Reading. Scrolling through Tumblr. Lying in bed. Baking. Evening walks with Daisy!!! And other ways as well :) There are lots of ways to relax :)
   And i get between 6-8 hours sleep each night, at the moment its more like 6 hours :/ But thats life, cant always get my much needed 9 hours!!!

    But i'd love to have a school uniform!!
    I hate it when others are like "oh i'm so cool my top is from XY" and I hate it when i don't know what to put on!! :D (pretty much every day)

    1. Oh yes, the uniform takes away that pressure but sometimes it's nice to just wear whatever you feel like that day. ... you want skirts,or jeans or tights or sports pants or comfy pants etc!!!
