My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Tuesday 6th January 2015


Today really hasnt turned out like i had thought. First off this morning i planned on taking a walk but once i was outside my legs carried me forward and suddenly i was running and it was one of the best runs i have had! The fastest as well though it really didnt feel like! It was such a good way to start my day, especially as i hadnt even planned to run, it was just that i had so much energy!
   I had then planned to study and try to get some work done as my first draft of my individual project is due next week, however i had so many other things on my mind that i couldnt focus. Sat there and did everything else but my work. And from the hours that i sat infront of my computer i think i only did one hour of actual work. Though thats how it goes somedays and im not going to worry so much about it, once im back in school i will feel more motivated, but for now. I just want to take the time to relax and not do so much. So after that i decided to just watch series and rest!!

And onto another topic, i have a food tips for you!!

We have pretty much no food at home at the moment (my parents are going food shopping today, so the pantries and fridge will be filled up soon) so i had to be creative with lunch and so i made tuna burgers with cream cheese and then popcorn on the side.
   And oh my gosh, the combination of tuna burgers with cream cheese was sooooo delicious. It made me crave bagels with cream cheese (so i messaged my mum to buy bagels, so hopefully! Though they arent so commonly found in stores here.).
  And on a side note im also craving chocolate like crazy, so im sitting here impatient and cant wait until my parents come home with food and hopefully lots of chocolate and chocolate covered nuts XD Im wondering if i should go to the shop and buy some for now... and just eat double, haha!!!

Food thoughts, thats what happens when im hungry!! Now im going to continue with my resting and not doing anything because that is exactly what i want to do for the rest of the day (and also going to watch the last Harry Potter with my family this evening. I love family & movie time..... or maybe its just that i love the snacks? I dont quite know!)

    Could you make a post about Ireland? I'm curious how it is there! About the landscape, school and just the culture. I dont know if you can remember much about it.. but you still visit Ireland a couple times a year, dont you?

    Also i would like to say i LOVE your blog. It gives me more motivation to recover(which is a big step! :) )
