One of my favourite things when im feeling sad or when i need something to cheer me up is to either make a positive collage or look at the one i made last year... (Hence why it says 2014 on it, but i tried to change it to 2015 because i love this collage so much and all these goals are the same for this year)
Making collages is a really good idea, i personally love it alot.
Though finding newspapers and magazines to cut from can be hard if you dont buy alot of them, but maybe you can find some free ones somewhere because in most magazines and newspapers there are good words to cut and use :)
I love looking at my collage and just smiling, seeing my goals and what i want to achieve. The things i want to happen and i can say..... alot of them have already happened :)
Find the positives and try to stay positive in situations. Its not always easy, but trying to be positive will get you alot further than just being negative all the time.
I have been there, done that and paid the price for it. haha. Being negative just leads to you feeling more negative, not feeling happy, often isolating yourself as you are rude or mean to others or you just see the negatives in things.
So my tip from me to you..... Try to be happy, see the positives in everything and everyday!!!
Also making a happy and positive collage or writing down some good things everyday or a list of things that make you happy is a good idea :)
What things make YOU happy, or what helps you feel/think more positive? :)
when i am depressed i simply think about the time i was ip so i am then thankful because i am healthy and out of the hospital
ReplyDeleteThe joy of actually having the chance to learn something new every single day, hour, minute and so on is the most valuable thing in any person's life. That even if you feel great and confident with every itty bit of yourself already, you are still constantly and continuously gaining, improving, developing and getting mentally wealthier - all the time, even if you're "wasting time"; that every moment matters and has an impact on you and that you can even have an impact on THEM and choose things they contain!
ReplyDeletePiling up information in the very main head of mine, yours, his, hers, ours, and theirs! There's nothing more incredible; embrace the brain!
Wise words! :) I think I will write this down to have something to remember when things aren't going well someday. Thank you!
DeleteI express my responding gratitude! :) It was a good time that I had as I wrote it, too.

DeleteToday while I was out running a man asked me if I was a real athlete :) Made me so happy to think that I no longer look like a skeleton and actually look healthier. Or thats how I took the man´s comments.
