Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

I am a generally happy girl who loves running, going to the gym and eating food!! Though my life has been very different.
I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia & purging tendencies & over exercising. I was depressed and self harmed. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
After alot of struggles, lots of ups and downs, suicide attempts, tears, anxiety, panic and never thinking i would be healthy.
I am now declared healthy from anorexia nervosia.

I have been blogging for 4 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I am happy and healthy and living my life. Going to school, meeting friends and trying to find myself in this world.

I write about my daily life, but also try to write posts about how it was when i was sick, advice and tips.

Saturday plans

Good morning :):)
At the moment im sitting on my bed with a coffee close by and thinking about my plans for the day. I thought i should write a little to do list so that i get everything done, but i thought i might as well write it on here as well..... :)

Just eaten breakfast and now im getting ready because i have to

1) Go to the library to get a book
2) go clothes shopping.... when you realise that you have been wearing pretty much the same thing for the past 12 months! Though i have a feeling that i will end up coming home with new Nike shorts and compression socks.......
3) Start working on my Swedish assignment....Though i have a feeling i might skip this and just focus 90% on it tomorrow :):)
4) Colour my hair Waiitt... Ehhhm... its all natural?!!! Or if my hair hadnt gotten so ruined from all the colouring of my hair when i was 12-14, then the hair colour i have now would have been my natural hair colour!!!
5) Go on a date and go to the cinema & eat dinner.....

I think that is all on my list of to do things... and if i have time i need to make a vlogg or two & clean my room!!!
