I know most of my readers arent recovered so i will adapt the questions based on whether you are recovered or in recovery. (If you have recovered you can feel free to email me your 'post/answer' to the days question everyday and i can post it to help motivate others!!!)
Day 1)
What is the best thing about being recovered? / What are you looking forward to most about being healthy and free of your eating disorder?
Day 2)
What are things you do now which you couldnt do when you were sick? / what are the things you want to be able to do(again) when you are healthy and recovered?
Day 3)
What are your goals this week? / What are your RECOVERY goals this week?
Day 4)
What were the things that scared you most about recovering when you were sick, and how do you feel about them now? / What things scary you most about recovery... and can you give a rational reason why those things shouldn't scare you? Or write a plan about how to overcome those fears?
Day 5)
How is life like after being recovered? / How do you want your life to be like after recovery? What changes can you make to reach where you want to be?
Day 6)
What are your goals for the future?
So from Tuesday to Sunday i will be answering these questions, i have created them myself so some may be a little silly. But i will try my best to answer them and hopefully motivate you all a little!!
Even if you dont have a blog you can still try answering these questions and give yourself a little motivation, and feel free to email me with your answers and let me know if i can publish them!
And if you have a blog then COMMENT and leave your link (in the name section) so that i can read your post :)
Do yo do yoga? Can you do armbalances like crow pose or handstand? :)
ReplyDeleteI am just wondering as you once mentioned your mom is a yoga teacher.
No i cant... but i was alot more flexible when i was younger and could do a whole range of poses, but then when i was sick i lost alot of that flexibility and now i have hip, knee and lower back pain so some yoga poses i dont dare to do...... and i dont practise so much yoga either, when i was younger i did yoga almost everyday with my mum.
