Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

I am a generally happy girl who loves running, going to the gym and eating food!! Though my life has been very different.
I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia & purging tendencies & over exercising. I was depressed and self harmed. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
After alot of struggles, lots of ups and downs, suicide attempts, tears, anxiety, panic and never thinking i would be healthy.
I am now declared healthy from anorexia nervosia.

I have been blogging for 4 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I am happy and healthy and living my life. Going to school, meeting friends and trying to find myself in this world.

I write about my daily life, but also try to write posts about how it was when i was sick, advice and tips.

Long school day and tiredness

Today has been a really long school day with lots and lots of work. :( I am feeling very mentally tired and my list of school work is piling up as well as the test dates, essay deadlines and hand ins... so you have to bare with me for the next few months... or until summer really. This term is my final term so its going to be alot of work and i am going to feel very mentally drained, so i will try my best with blogging and keeping up with comments though i can already feel now that emailing and such wont really be working so well, especially not if i have more of a social life now as well.... but of course i dont really know. Its just to take one day at a time :)

Todays after school snack was double portion casein, raspberries, nuts, 2 boiled eggs and a few squares of dark chocolate!!

It tasted so amazing!!!

Now after some mental relaxing time i have got some work to do before i can finally relax for the evening :)

I hope you can bare with me and my sporadic and awful blogging and replying to comments :)

    1. hahah, yeah it does a little :) Its a protein source which is slowly released in the body i.e whey protein is usually absorbed within 20-30 minutes. but casein takes up to 8 hours :)

  2. Hey, don't worry about the blogging izzy we don't mind, just look after yourself and if it gets too much you can always take a short break (although I LOVE reading your log so it would be a bit sad but I'll get over it :)) and those bowls are adorable!! Soo cute!!
