Now im sure you think i cant eat this all..... and you're right. I didnt eat the raspberries because they were too cold!! XD But everything else went down easily :)
-> 3 fried eggs in coconut oil, rice pudding with raisins and nuts, 2 pancakes from a pancake mix topped with cottage cheese and rapsberrries, a questbar and coffee. So delicious and a good way to start the new day and new year!!!!
Now my legs and body are so tired and in a bit of a food coma, so its time for a series or film :)
P.s remember, if you want to see progress with exercise you have to eat enough! I love running and love running distance runs, but i know that my body will so easily break down itsself and i can lose weight. So to insure that doesnt happen i eat LOTS otherwise i will just be going backwards and wont have energy to run distance runs!!
