Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

If you have any questions leave them in the comment section as i am much quicker at answering there, otherwise you can always send an email:

Deadlines and studying

Good morning :)

I thought i would write a little update before i decide to sort of turn off social media for the day. I have lots and lots to do and i had planned to go to the gym today but then i realised 1) i dont want to start off too tough and 2) it would just take too much time as i woke up 2 hours later than what i had set my alarm!!! haha XD so instead i am going to talk a walk to get some fresh air, get the blood going in my body and to hopefully be able to concentrate then :)
So that is exactly what i am going to do now after i have drunk my coffee (though by the time this post is published i will have already come back home again :))

As i have lots to do, im prioritizing that instead of blogging and emails and such, so not sure when i will get update again. But i am hoping to make a video blogg as i have something sort of important to talk about, but that depends if its still light or if i give myself a little break sometime during the day to film that :)

^^Im so glad that most of my work is online, otherwise i would be looking like this.

Thats my Sunday, so i hope you all have a good day :)
