My motto is

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

3 positives of yesterday

Good morning :)
  Its Tuesday morning here in Sweden and for most people they are starting work or school again today or tomorrow, though for me, i dont start until Thursday. Which is kind of nice :)
 
Yesterday we came home alot later than i thought and i was just too exhausted to open up my computer, so no post last night,
   I had a really nice time at the spa with my family yesterday, going from all the warm 'baths' to the sauna and then going for fresh fruit when you got hungry and then back into the warm baths. Very relaxing and also very neeeded!!! For dinner we had sushi and the sushi at that place is amazing, its the best ive ever eaten!!! Its a nice place to go to every once in a while for an extra special treat or just to completely relax!

As i promised yesterday i would do my 3 positives of the day, i decided i would instead do it this morning for yesterdays positive things!!
  So join in and write YOUR positives from either yesterday or today if you have any :)

My positives: 
  
1)Breakfast food for lunch! Sometimes i just dont want to cook.
2) Going to the spa and being able to totally relax
3) Sushi!!! nom nom nom
4) Family time
5) I still have a few more days of break!!


Its good to try to find the small positives even in the toughest days, yesterday however was a really good day. So it wasnt so hard to find the positives!

    1) You know those YouTube Poop videos? They can be absolutely brillian in Finnish. I found that my favourite Poop maker has come back last night. What a pain in my abs.
    2) I got quite a great contact in yesterday's workout
    3) I had time to read a novel. I know that time for that will be almost completely gone returning to school. Thus gratitude for the lenght of the Christmas break - though of course it is a valuable this as itself, too.
    4) I have finished my during-holiday duties earlier and am actually ahead in my own work schedule. I can just lay on wherethehellever I want for the entire today if I want to.

    ice skating (and falling once hahaha)
    meeting with my granny and she didnt comment anything about my appearance
    having delicious dinner
    having the courage to eat a choco bar after re-thinking it many times

  5. Hey izzy what time do you have to be to school? When you workout in the mornings do you wake up super early and get dressed at the gym? Or do you usually workout after school?

    1. This term my schedule changes so i am going to have to workout either really early or really late... before i had long 1,5-3 hour breaks during the day so i could go then or if i started at 10am or soemthing, but now i start at 8am to 4pm almost everyday with no long breaks.
