Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Video - talking swedish

Finally... after weeks of saying 'ill do it today' i finally made a short video where im talking swedish :)
It sounds like i have a blocked nose, especially when im speaking swedish, but i dont... its just my microphone! ;) But i might try make another one some time... where it can be longer or maybe ill try drag my sister into a video :)
Infact i really want to do the smoothie challenge or the whisper challenge etc but i have no one to do it with as my sister doesnt really want to be on camera :(

Anyway.... the first 2 minutes is swedish - then its english!!! :) Comment what you think, if you want more videos or not etc :)

  2. Hi!
Sverige passar dig jätte bra, låter inte alls konstigt :) Försök att orka allt i skolan och stressa inte över att inte ha tid att svara på e-post eller kommentarer.
Snart är det dags att njuta av jul lovet :)

  4. I still find it surprising that you don't like your voice. I would love to have your voice! Im not self conscious about my voice but when I hear it on tape I don't like it so much and it seems so different. But I don't usually think about it and don't really care what others think of my voice :) Other than that I like my voice
I really enjoyed you speaking Swedish!! And if you're thinking of doing more, I would gladly watch them!!
Swedish is a beautiful language I think ;)
