Today is going to be a good day.... you know why, because i have decided it!!! Wake up with a positive attitude and things will be ok!
Today i woke up excited for the day. My brain efeling refreshed and ready to focus and concentrate... I can do this! Is what my head is telling me :) So shortly im going to sit by the dining room table and get a few hours work done! And then... if i can be bothered to put on normal clothes and brush my hair im going to go into town and buy some christmas presents - Now when i still have money! Dont want to panic on December the 23rd and think i have no money and havent bought any presents for my family or friends!! No, im actually very economically smart and dont spend my money unnecessarily!! So i think im fine with money, but i know if i dont go now i wont go at all ;)¨
Do you like Christmas shopping? Are you good at buying Christmas presents? Personally, i am that awful friend who has no imagination and cant buy presents so just buys chocolate...
Everyone loves chocolate though... so i mean its ok!
This morning i did some foam rolling to help my not so sore legs... it was mainly my calves but its gone now! And now im having breakfast (pictures in my next post!)
As i felt good, below are some selfies.... 'cus its Sunday selfie or something like that ;);)

After a 5 year struggle with anorexia (with purging tendencies), depression, self harm and over exercising I have now been recovered for 4 years and i use my blog to help others in the same situation i once was. I am now a happy and positive person who wants to inspire those struggling to choose recovery and to take control over life and happiness again!

Life without Anorexia
My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.
I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.
I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!
