Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

I am a generally happy girl who loves running, going to the gym and eating food!! Though my life has been very different.
I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia & purging tendencies & over exercising. I was depressed and self harmed. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
After alot of struggles, lots of ups and downs, suicide attempts, tears, anxiety, panic and never thinking i would be healthy.
I am now declared healthy from anorexia nervosia.

I have been blogging for 4 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I am happy and healthy and living my life. Going to school, meeting friends and trying to find myself in this world.

I write about my daily life, but also try to write posts about how it was when i was sick, advice and tips.
I am open and friendly, so dont be scared about writing a post or sending me an email at:

Stressful morning

Good morning everyone :) Or its morning for me anyway, maybe not for you!!

Today i'm going to the CF clinic. Though i think my alarm has taken a break as well because it didnt ring this morning so i woke up 30 minutes before i have to leave.... i dont know where my logic is that im typing a post when i only have so little time ot get ready. But whenever im under pressure its like i move at lightening speed and get everything done in 10 minutes? Strange. I had planned to give myself 90 minutes this morning so that i could schedule posts for the day, but now that i only have like 20 minutes before i leave im not sure how its going to go with that!!!

Anyway, have a great day everyone :)

What are YOU doing today? (And dont be scared to comment on my blog, you can be anonymous :))

  4. Hi Izzy! Try to enjoy the day even if you have to go to the clinic :)
I woke up really early today (without alarm :D) and went to the gym before work, which is my favorite. I got the most odd craving of bagels yesterday so now I´m at home baking bagels :) If they turn out good I´ll share the recipe on IG.

    1. I had a good day because i made it a good day!! :)
And that sounds like a lovely day... Did the bagels turn out good? :)

    2. Yes yummy! And I just had to go and buy some philadelphia cream cheese to go with them :)

  5. Ahh, those mornings are the worst, haha!! It happens to me sometimes and I really dont like being in a rush, especially in the morning. And when Im late I can be up and ready super fast!
Today after breakfast i am planning to go holiday shopping (though we celebrate new years more, because thats the way everyone always does it in Russia and were still doing it in the US :D)
Ive hardly bought any gifts but now when I have my money back thats finally possible!! ;)
these couple of days Im mentally preparing for the holidays ^_^ Since I'm half russian and half american each year we have two Christmases, new years, which is celebrated the most probably, as Christmas is more spiritual, and my birthday. So four holidays in two weeks :) Gotta get ready for all the food and celebration ;)
I hope you have an amazing Christmas and new years!!
