Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

If you have any questions leave them in the comment section as i am much quicker at answering there, otherwise you can always send an email: lifewithoutanorexia@hotmail.com

Random facts about me

When i was younger i was so intrigued by electronics that i used to try to take them apart and analyze them... figure out how they worked. I would try to take apart our computer, our TV, the radio, a walkman etc etc

I used to always by the first new electronics because i was so interested in them... when the first Ipod shuffle came out i was quick to buy it and the same with the gameboy, Nintendo etc

I am that awful friend who never replies/takes forever to reply on FB, SMS etc  its just that i say i will reply and then i forgot and then i think, well its gone 3 days... might as well wait 3 months until i reply.hahahah #logic
But i am very surprised that i even manage to have a blog and answer emails because in my other part of life im good at never responding... and its nothing personal, its just laziness... or extreme business!

I cant remember when i began drinking coffee... age 13 or something, but i remember i liked it!!! (which is strange because most people dont automatically like coffee)

I am both the middle, youngest and an older child!! ;)
