Life without Anorexia

My motto is

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Middle of the week Wednesday

It can only get better from here.... Its Wednesday meaning closer to the weekend. Though, instead of looking forward. I am going to enjoy this day the best i can....
I got asked if i could start writing 3 positive things everyday and i think Thats a great idea! So i am definitely going to begin doing it as often as i can/remember - most probably on my last post of the day :) But i want YOU to join in as well. You can comment on any post about 3 positive things that happend during the day... or 3 thigns that have made you smile etc.
  This is a good way to combat the stress/coldness/darkness of the winter days... if you are in the cold parts of the world right now, that is to say! And even if you dont want to post them on here, then atleast write them out or think about 3 positive things!! Try it for a week and see :)

Today its another day at school - as usual, but the positive is that its only 2 weeks left and after today its just 3 more tests and a presentation (so far) left!!!

Time is ticking by now and because we have moved it means i have to leave a full 15 minutes earlier than before.. meaning i have to get up earlier but also have a little less time in the mornings...  But ill make it work :):) hahaa
Also, if i have missed your comment then just recomment it, and i should find time to answer it sometime soon :)

    1. I get that. Her weight is her business and I'm sure that it would be noticed if she had issues. It's good that you care for her but she is allowed to put up perfectly normal pictures of herself. She is slim anyway, so if you get triggered by her general appearance I think you should have a break from her blog. I wish you the best.

  6. Let see 3 positive things...

    1. I had grapes for the first time in a while today!! I love grapes
    2. The corners of my lips have been extremely cracked for about a week and their healing and don't hurt any more
    and 3. I slept in 20 minutes today and still managed to leave on time and get fruit!! (College campus...fruit runs out early at the dining hall)

    Thinking of 3 positive things in your day can really make you smile. Even if its 3 little things they can still make a difference! :p
