Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Happy Christmas

I want to wish you all a Happy Christmas. Whether you celebrate Christmas or not i hope you have  a lovely day and can enjoy yourself :)
  If you want you can comment or email me if there is anything you want to share such as you were able to eat lunch without anxiety or you helped prepare food and didnt care about how it was prepared. Or maybe you just feel happy or want to share something - Positive!!

  1. Hi izzy, I had a Christmas meal in my hotel, six courses, and it didn't phase me , I just thought 'this is just one day out of the year :) merry Christmas!

    1. Yummm!! :) 6 course meal, ive never had that before but i would love to have it some day!! :) And im glad you could enjoy it!

  2. Hi Izzy :)

    I was considering skipping breakfast or eating just fruit as I know I will eat a lot today but I ate my normal breakfast :) Still in between with how I feel about it but ill just see how the day goes and take it one meal at a time!

    2. Thats great that you could eat your normal breakfast :) I hope you could enjoy the rest of the day as well and not worry too much about food!! :) Food is fuel and energy which your body needs, Its nothing to be scared about :)
