Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Getting settled in

The days seem to carry on forever recently. Im not sure if its a good thing or not...
Im not much of a christmas person and while everyone else is singing christmas songs and longing for snow i am just waiting for Christmas and winter to be over!!Hahaha... A secret Scrooge, maybe? :)

Today has been a slow day in school.. nothing important done. Just sort of sitting in class.

On my way home from school first i begin to walk towards the bus which i usually took home everyday, but then i realised that i had to take another way home. And then when i was on the train i almost missed my stop, not paying attention to where i was... so almost went the wrong direction home and almost missed my stop... not th best way to try to take myself home. hahah

When i came home it was time for a snack: Chocolate quark, rice pudding & nuts,2 clementines & some Milka oreo chocolate :) Perfect snack before it  was time to unpack more of my stuff. Its beginning to look more like a room now!!!

A few hours later (like 2 ^_^) the hunger was kicking in and it was time for dinner and all i wanted was chicken, but we had none at home so instead i got creative and used what we had at home to make a simple dinner which turned out delicious!
2 fried eggs and some egg whites with salt and pepper (i think frying my eggs is my new favourite!!!!) i love it & brocolli & my home made bread with spread. When i was going to eat dinner i had 3 plates which i had to carry to my room (as we dont have a table yet) . And my sister had a friend over and they were standing in the stair case and they just watched how i went up and down bringing plate after plate and glass after glass of water... hahaha. They thought i was feeding 2 people!! Nope, all mine!!! XD

Now im going to continue eating dinner and then begin with my studying for my french test tomorow.... -_- Though ive explained that ive been moving all weekend and havent had time to study, so my teacher is aware of the fact though a bad test still means a bad grade :/

^¨Daisy doesnt really know where she should be!!

  1. Poor daisy. Though she looked a little bit funny hahah. Whenever i moved into a new house, i will feel really down and miss my old bedroom. Hope everything went well with you!
