I have to admit... sometimes i have to give myself a pat on the back for my delicious tasting food!! How can something so simple taste so amazing?
Broccoli, leek, onion, pepper, quorn kebab, prawns fried in oil & couscous and cottage cheese and then lots and lots of soya!! It was soo good that i had to take some more... and i still have left over for tomorrows lunch :)
If you're ever out of ideas.. throw together some ingredients in a frying pan and fry and mix together with some sauce and there you go... delicious :) Can also reccommend eating it with pasta, noodles or rice :)
Do you have any simple delicious dinner/luinch ideas? :)

Life without Anorexia
My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.
I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.
I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

When I'm hungry and I don't have any dinner ideas, I usually make burgers with everything that is in the house ( chicken and zucchini, chicken and pumpkin, chicken and onion, tuna and onion, tuna and carrot, seitan and vegetables LOL) or I make a super vegetables omelette. And I then I steam any kind of vegetables that is in the house, and I put into the microwave to grill xD for lunch I usually eat pasta. And pasta. With pasta. LOL ( Italian food is pretty much boring xD)
ReplyDeleteSounds delicious :) Pasta is always a good idea!! Simple and you can add so many different flavours or other ingredients :)

Deletethat's basically how i cook, throw random stuff together! salad? throw all raw vegetables in the house in. warm dish? random meat chopped up and 34867386 different veggies steamed, rice or buckwheat or some stuff. but 'everything in the fridge' meals are the best!!
ReplyDeleteExactly!! Most of the time it works well.. apart from those few times when it just goes wrong because its too much or the flavours dont work ;);)
