My motto is

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Day 1: 5 things you like about myself (not appearance)

I like how once i set up a goal i am determined to reach it! As long as the goal is important to me anyway.... ;) Sometimes i like to just skip the small goals and go straight for the big goal!!

I am very loyal... i dont gossip or bitch about people (ok, sometimes i bitch when im really angry/frustrated but often i try to keep it to myself). But i am someone people can trust that if they tell me something i wont spread it or judge people.

I dont judge people and im very supportive. If someone tells me they are going on a diet - and they need it, then i wont judge instead ill give them good advice and be supportive. If someone tells me they suffer from Bipolar, then i am there to support them. I try my best to help people as much as i can!

My positive outlook on life... i try to stay as positive as i can in most situations!

My ability to fall asleep anywhere, most times!! haha. 

My strength!! Being both physically and mentally strong, its something i have worked on for alot of years and now the feeling of being strong both being able to lift/move heavy things, but also being able to be stronger than hate myself or think im useless, but instead able to look at myself and smile!

    2) My sense of humor which only gets moved by the worst and the best jokes
    3) Determinity, streght to maintain pride for what I am
    4) Open-mindedness, being always ready to take another view for things. This includes my ability to ignore most of my prejudice.
    5) All my good abilities and talents! I know that there are more than just one to mention.

    Yours seem to be truly true to me, too (ugh, overhymed, my inner adult is facepalming at me!) :)

  4. 1) I'm interested in other people and pay attention to them, apparently I'm a good listener and I feel proud of it !

    2) I like my tastes (that's weird to says so because it's pretty obvious as they are mine),let's say that I like the fact that I like reading, having a walk... I mean, I am a "quiet" person and I like that.

    3) I like the fact that I am (sort of) able to dance and sing.

    4) I like the fact that I can be funny (?)

    5) I like the fact tht I'm never giving up, no matter what. And I'm always willing to learn new things.

    Gosh that was difficult. And it feels weird to say that about yourself !

    1. It can be very difficult to be positive and say good things about yourself, but its actually a good thing. To see the things you are good at and be able to be positive about yourself!! :) Focus on these things if you ever feel bad about yourself or like you arent good enough, actually you are!! And you have all these great things about your personality and about yourself :)

  5. 1: I'm really good at seeing people through the facade... If you are sad i can feel it right away!

    2: I can handle a pretty high range of pain ( very nice when you are as clumsy as i am )

    3: I never give up! And if i do... Well i dont.

    4: Never make promises unless I'm 100% sure i can keep them! I hate when people dont keep their promises, so i make sure i at least do it myself.

    5: I've got a great sense of humor ;)

    1. Ohh i am the same as you with number 2. I have quite a high pain tolerance... not sure if thats a good thing or not, haha :)
      Make sure to never give up on recovery ;);) If you are in recovery that is to say :) Or maybe you are recovered?Not sick at alll....

      These are all great :)

  6. 1) I like how non judgemental I am and supportive. I know how it feels to be criticised and I hate that feeling so I never do it to others.
    2) I like the fact that I'm organised. I just feel better when I know that things are in their place (most of the time!) and I don't spend loads of time looking for that one item.
    3) I like how patient I can be. Even when I really want to yell at someone but know its rude and not worth it I can find something else to do and talk it over with someone to let it out somewhere :) And also times like when Im very tired and just want to whine or when I'm very annoyed I can keep my cool.
    4) Im considerate of others. Im very often that person who is still listening to the person in a group everyone else stopped listening to. Most of the time I ask people involved in the same thing what they want or think.
    5) Most of the time I am very forgiving and don't get upset at people for a long time (life is too short for being mad at someone!) I realise all people make mistakes and am very understanding towards them.
    Now I feel a bit egoistic, haha! :)

    1. Ohh you really shoudlnt feel egoistic, it can always feel weird to say good things about yourself, but you shouldnt feel bad or feel its wrong. Because it isnt, its good to boost your own self confidence and self esteem with some positive thoughts about yourself :)
      And these are all awesome things!!
