Good morning everyone :)
Its the 25th and Christmas day meaning that alot of people are celebrating Christmas today... though not everyone. Infact not everyone likes Christmas, which i can fully understand. I think Christmas has turned into asort of boasting event about who gets the best presents, who has the pretties outfit, who takes the best pictures etc etc instead of the actual meaning of Christmas. Spending time with loved ones and the whole religious background as well.
This morning i woke up early as my sister got up to go to the bathroom and then she fell back asleep, but i couldnt so i made myself something small to eat before deciding whether to go out for a walk or run or just stay inside. But everyone else was still asleep and it looked so pretty outside with the snow falling so i decided ill run as far as i want to and see where i end up! I also wanted to test my new running belt/reflector which i got :)
When i came home from my run everyone else was awake and the breakfast food was all laid out so it was just to jump in the shower and then make myself some breakfast and coffee!! Breakfast was similar to yesterday - with even more bread afterwards!
The rest of the family have now gone out for a walk so ive sat and looked at University courses for autumn as well as making a list of to do things!!! The 25th in Sweden is still a holiday, but its not as much of a holiday as yesterday... so while it may seem weird to actually be doing something productive, its not really. Not for me anyway!! :)
When the rest of my family come back my step dad is going to take some photos of me when i run in the snow!! Cant wait for that... i have photos from running in the summer, autumn and spring so now to add to that collection with some winter running photos!!! :)
Enjoy your day everyone, no matter what you do :)

Life without Anorexia
My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.
I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.
I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Deleteah i see :) why did you bring it? couldn't you eat what they served?
ReplyDeleteIt was for snacks ;) I didn't want to eat all their yoghurt or have nothing to snack on! I got to make sure I have enough food to eat :)
