Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

I am a generally happy girl who loves running, going to the gym and eating food!! Though my life has been very different.
I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia & purging tendencies & over exercising. I was depressed and self harmed. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
After alot of struggles, lots of ups and downs, suicide attempts, tears, anxiety, panic and never thinking i would be healthy.
I am now declared healthy from anorexia nervosia.

I have been blogging for 4 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I am happy and healthy and living my life. Going to school, meeting friends and trying to find myself in this world.

I write about my daily life, but also try to write posts about how it was when i was sick, advice and tips.

Breakfast time

Good morning :)

Todays breakfast was super delicious... though i think i had too many raspberries and they were too cold. But im not going to complain about that!!
   Todays breakfast was home made saffron rice pudding topped with quark, raspberries, cashew nuts as well as a saffron bun and burnt almonds! Delicious to say the least :)

Today i need to pack as we're going to travel to my step dads mums place where we will spend Christmas. But before we leave we are going to make some christmas food to take with us and i need to get some school work done and i might also go and borrow a book from a library or something! My goal for December was to begin reading more non school related things, though with only 8 days left of the month i havent really managed to reach that goal, haha.

The recipes for what i baked will be up later today and tomorrow :)

  1. I had half a banana and a bowl of strawberry/blueberry yoghurt with müsli, washed down with a cup of green tea :)

  2. i had oatmeal with a banana and full fat milk ("fear food") the first time in forever! :D

    1. Delicious :) of you add cinnamon and peanut butter it will be 10 times yummier I swear!! :) and that is awesome about the full fat milk! Go you!!
