Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

After school snack and some baking!

Since i came home - around 4pm i have eaten the delicious snack below while baking soda bread and oreo cookies!!
Tomorrow in my religion class we are going to have this 'feast' where everyone brings in a cultural dish. I of course chosen Ireland and i decided upon soda bread. A childhood favourite of mine!!
It was my first time testing the bread so i first made one loaf which turned out so good i ate half of it at once !! And then i made some oreo cookies which turned out soooo good. So had like 4 of those (#so full i cant move now!) and im now waiting for 2 loaves of soda bread to be finished so that i can bring them to class tomorrow as well as the oreo cookies...
The cookies arent so cultural... but i mean, they're sort of american right? And im sure my teacher wont be angry because i bring extra!! haha XD

Now i need to study, so will be an update later!
