My motto is

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Sunday lunch

My last day of the autumn break and im spending it in my pyjamas... or almost pyjamas anyway :)

After packing some stuff into boxes, answering some emails and doing some fine not really... i was just listening to music and staring at my maths book studying. I decided it was time for lunch.

And i decided to improvise with what we had in the house - which was very little. But i made tuna balls (i can post the recipe if wanted), vegetables, cottage cheese, the last of the chickpeas & 4 crisp bread with spread and chicken. (2 were eaten wile preparing the tuna balls :):)
  A super simple but so delicious lunch. Weird to think i havent made it before!

  4. this looks delicious :) I would really want to start eating cottage cheese,but I just hate the smell (but my dogs love it so much :D) any advices how to start eat it? :) :D

    1. Well if you dont like cottage cheese theres no point eating it ;) But if its just the smell then try mixing it with yoghurt and adding your favourite toppings. Or on bread/crisp bread. Or with avocado or with pasta and chicken. Or on rice cakes with avcaodo/chicken...
      Or i like it on its own with some cinnamon and sweetner & nuts and berries :)
