My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Sunday evening & some studyig tips

Its that time of the evening on a Sunday when you begin thinking about the coming week. You look at your schedule, look at the deadlines and the things to do. But also at what you have achieved this week.... 2 big tests and my essay outline (which i will write tomorrow - inclass. i.e i have 1 hour to write an essay tomorrow :/) finished for this week. My science project report (17 pages total) is almost complete and is due on Tuesday.... and so many other tests, essays and presentations to think about. But actually, im not so stressed. My big long list of deadlines is slowly being striked out it feels good. The stress and the weight on my shoulders is starting to lift, not feeling so choked by school work. Sometimes all you need is 2 and a half days of hard work!!! I sat 3 hours yesterday and 4 hours today finishing all of my work and its definitely useful to have a quiet place to sit and just work.

My tips for studying:

Write out what you have to do what is most important at the top of the list.
Work your way through that.
Turn off notifications and internet on your phone - unless needed. And avoid - At all costs - logging onto social media sites.
If it helps - have good studying music.
Have water, gum and snacks at the table so that you dont have to get up all the time.
Keep focused on one subject and what you are doing - but it can be helpful to get up and stretch or just walk to another room and back again in between subject changes. Just to get the blood and oxygen flowing!!
Tea and coffee are great to drink as well :) (And especially water... but remember, the more water you drink the more you need to pee :))

After my studying session i began cleaning and packing and now almost my whole room is in boxes. My drawers where i kept clothes has now been taken out of my room and thrown in the dump (it was super old and the knobs had fallen off) and the TV is out of my room as well - inever used it.
  Only clothes for the next 2 weeks, make up, BCAAS and protein powders is not in boxes..... there was also lots of hoovering and throwing away things.

In 15 days we're moving..... Its so strange. And in 2 weeks time its my birthday... Eeeekkk. Why are birthdays so exciting? Especially 1-2 weeks before. But the night before i am never so excited then its just like mehhh....
    Im excited - we're going out for brunch on my birthday, and my sister is also going to take me to a dessert buffet - Just imagine how delicious :) - when i feel like it!!! Im also going out for drinks someday with my sister and maybe my friends!!! :) Im so excited :)
  So i have some good things to look forward to. Some motivation for these next 2 weeks!!! :)
