My motto is

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

some positive thoughts

Waking up and feeling all these different pains.... i.e stomach pain, hard to breathe, pain in my foot (i cut the side oy my ankle yesterday:/)
  Not feeling so excited for today, but that is exactly why i need to think positive. Because nothing good comes from thinking negatively.

So time for 3 positive thoughts this morning:

1)I have a  long break today so i have time to go to the gym (if i feel like it) and also sit and study and do other things = less stress & workload!
2)in 2 days time i am going to the 'health fair' ^_^ There are lectures i want to go to about stress and yoga which will help my project and then i have also saved up money for the past few months so that i can spend it there and get something i want (as a birthday present to myself!)
3)Well a new day = lots of delicious coffee, energy, seeing my friends, eating yummy food etc.... so, why complain? :)

^^Its a good way to start your day with some positive thinking :) Sets you up for the rest of the day.
  Im thinking im also going to make some November goals, even if its already the 5th of November! Always good to have some goals in the back of your head, i mean what do i want to achieve in these next 2 months?

Going onto another topic... ive now decided that either next year or 2016 i want to run a half marathon!! Yup, thats my new goal. And.... im going to be lazy and not start my actual running program/training until next year... for now its just focus on strength and HIIT!!!! Its exciting to have a goal and i so badly want to run a half marathon :) 21km .... it really doesnt sound that much if im honest, though after running 5km i pretty much decide thats enough :) hahha . Ohh well.. both physical and mental training really!

Anyone run a marathon or half marathon before? Any tips for training i.e i have pretty much 9-10 mmonths if i want to do it next year :)

    I would love to help you with running. I consider myself an expert about endurance sport ( I'm completely ignorant about strength training LOL) but, about running, swimming, biking and other sports, I know a lot! It make me feel very happy knowing that I can give you some help for once. I've helped my brother to prepare his first 10k race, and now I'm helping him with his 21k.
