Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Necessities in my bag

I have 3 types of bags.... My gym/workout bag, my school bag (these 2 are usually mixed!) and then my bag when im doing neither of those things so i just throw some things into a bag to make it look like im carrying something.

Important things which i always carry around are: 

My bus card
Keys (im smart and have all my keys on one keychain?")
My wallet
My gym card (dont even know why i always have it with me)
A water bottle
Chewing gum
Gaviscon (get really bad heartburn)
Medicine (though i never have painkillers with me... infact i dont like using painkillers)
My mobile
A small perfume & deodorant
A pen
Hair clips
fruit

^^It seems like i carry loads with me and my bag must be overflowing but most of that i can have in my jacket/coat so if im liking going into town my bag is always half empty because i have nothing to put in it.
  But then when im going to school or the gym (or both) my bag is overflowing with books, my computer, workout shoes, shakers, clothes etc etc
