My motto is

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Double chocolate brownie batter overnight oats

DOUBLE-CHOCOLATE BROWNIE BATTER OVERNIGHT OATS
 
INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup almond milk, or sub another milk
1/2 teaspoon truvia, or sub another sweetener
1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoons dry brownie mix (or additional 1 teaspoon cocoa powder)
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
Optional: small handful of miniature chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the applesauce, vanilla, milk, truvia, cocoa powder, and dry brownie mix until combined.
  2. Stir in the oats.
  3. Place into a tighly re-sealable jar or tupperware in the fridge overnight.
  4. In the morning, top with miniature chocolate chips and stir throughout. This is optional but makes these "double-chocolate." For a healthier option, you could use dark chocolate chips.
  5. I enjoy these oats cold, but if desired you can put them in the microwave for about 30 or so seconds.
