Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

I am a generally happy girl who loves running, going to the gym and eating food!! Though my life has been very different.
I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia & purging tendencies & over exercising. I was depressed and self harmed. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
After alot of struggles, lots of ups and downs, suicide attempts, tears, anxiety, panic and never thinking i would be healthy.
I am now declared healthy from anorexia nervosia.

I have been blogging for 4 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I am happy and healthy and living my life. Going to school, meeting friends and trying to find myself in this world.

I write about my daily life, but also try to write posts about how it was when i was sick, advice and tips.
I am open and friendly, so dont be scared about writing a post or sending me an email at:

Chocolate dream breakfast!

This morning my breakfast was so super mega delicious. And that says alot because my breakfasts are always so delicious...  i like to call myself a breakfast and snack master ;) hahaha (No actually i dont call myself that, but my family do :))

This morning when making my egg white oatmeal i decided to add in a spoonful of the raw cacao powder which my mum bought at the fair, as well as cinnamon. I stirred it all together in the pot and it became super creamy with the egg whites. Then i topped it with quark mixed with funlight (a juice) & raspberries and nuts = dream breakfast!! Ive stopped using sweetner i.e added sweetner (there is sweetner in funlight and other products which i use). At first oatmeal/sweet egg cake/cottage cheese etc tasted weird without the sweetner but now i dont know why i ever added it, its not neeeded anyway.
I also ate 2 boiled eggs and a kombucha (ive realised i havent written reviews about these drinks .- ill try do that when  i get a chance!)

Anyway... my breakfast was soo super delicious! Add in cacao powder to your oatmeal - you wont regret it! (not if you are a chocolate addict like myself anyway!)

Today its study. study. study to do...Blahhh. But i think im going to do it at home anyway and not go to the library! And try get around to answering my forever increasing inbox of emails :) hahaha

  1. Sounds like a great power breakfast before studies! I am studying today too and just had some muesli with chopped bio raw cashews.
