SO i thought i would make a master post of how to increase your calories, how to stop calorie counting etc
Your body NEEDS food. It NEEDS energy and eating too little calories isnt good.


After a 5 year struggle with anorexia (with purging tendencies), depression, self harm and over exercising I have now been recovered for 4 years and i use my blog to help others in the same situation i once was. I am now a happy and positive person who wants to inspire those struggling to choose recovery and to take control over life and happiness again!
I just wanted to say that I really love your blog. You're not like the other "recovery" blogs which are often just about "clean eating" or excessive workouts etc.
ReplyDeleteyou showed me that recovery is really possible. that recovery is worth it. that a healthy life is not about depriving yourself. you also showed me that a healthy-looking body and a healthy, happy girl (i.e. you ;) ) is so much more beautiful than a unhappy, starving, anorexic girl.
you are my inspiration.
