My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Back to my busy schedule

First day back at school after a week off, and my weeks break just flew by. I am not feeling ready to go back to school and a time schedule. I much prefer getting to decide my own days and times. Thats why i have said my whole life that i either want to work at home or be the person in power/control so that i dont have to sit behind a desk all day... though working at home, then its like the work never stops. But its hard to know how i will be working in a few years time!

School passed by in a bit of a blur. It was nice to see all my friends again, to have someone to talk to. But at the same time everyone was just feeling a bit tired and low. But when you are a group of friends you collectivaly all feel a little better when you are around each other. Because everyone sort of knows how the other person is feeling but there is also alot of joking and smiling which i like alot :)

Today during my last lesson i was so hungry that i began thinking about all the yummy food i wanted to eat when i came home... bread, quark, rice pudding, nuts and raisins, chicken etc The worst thing though is that you are stuck in class and you just sit and watch the clock, waiting until the class is over and you can go home.
  My journey home took longer than expected as the buses were late and i also wanted to go into a shop to buy some chocolate so i finally came home at c.a 4.45pm and then i quickly threw together this meal: Quark, yoghurt, rice pudding (Yup, im going to be eating alot of it now a days :)), raspberries, walnuts, almonds, raisins & chocolate :):)

And now i am going to just mentally relax and not think or do anything!!!

    Do you make your rice pudding yourself?
    I had oatmeal, quark, buickins, apple and banana as snack today :)

    1. Yes... unfortunatly :/
      No i didnt... though i should try that some day. And your snack sounds delicious :):)

  2. i also had only a week of break and it passed by so quickly!! i have never tasted quark but i would really like to try :)

  4. It always sucks when break ends. It always flies by. But Christmas will be here sooner or later, so something to look forward to :)
    My day was actually pretty similar to yours! The last hour was spent looking at the clock every five minutes or so and just wishing i was home. I didn't have a proper lunch so was super hungry when I came home. So made myself some delicious food ;) and for a snack today I had yogurt, a cheese stick and some chocolate.
