Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Afternoon snack

Homemade bread (There is no recipe... Yup, i know you all hate me because i dont measure/weigh the food and jsut write a recipe. But whenever i plan to do that i just cant be bothered. I mix things together, put it into the microwave and Wahh-laa... fluffy (but tasteless - until you add salt :):)) bread!) with cottage cheese, mackerel, egg & dark chocolate on the side. Followed by an orange afterwards and the last row of the Biscuit chocolate :):)

  2. Hey Izzy, Yes, I know there is no recipe but it would be helpful if we just knew what ingredients you use? We can make up the recipe and method from that I think ( I hope) like what kind of flour and liquid do you use? I hope it is ok to ask. I know you are so busy. But thanks for your posts. They are truly wonderful and very helpful xx p.s I have a recipe I think your readers might like/find useful too. How can I go about submitting it for you to see?? xx
