Life without Anorexia
My motto is 'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'
I am a generally happy girl who loves running, going to the gym and eating food!! Though my life has been very different.
I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia & purging tendencies & over exercising. I was depressed and self harmed. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
After alot of struggles, lots of ups and downs, suicide attempts, tears, anxiety, panic and never thinking i would be healthy.
I am now declared healthy from anorexia nervosia.
I have been blogging for 4 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.
I am happy and healthy and living my life. Going to school, meeting friends and trying to find myself in this world.
I write about my daily life, but also try to write posts about how it was when i was sick, advice and tips.
I am open and friendly, so dont be scared about writing a post or sending me an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org

After school snack & trying bean pasta for dinner
Coming home late from school and feeling stressed and the stress making my apetite fall to 0. But its still important to eat enough so a bowl of casein, yoghurt and cottage cheese & LOTS of raisins and almonds & 2 eggs (i couldnt manage the half an orange).
My snack kept me going while i sat and replied to emails and did some studying. This evening i need to read swedish texts and my english novel... but now im taking a well deserved break :)
For dinner today i was home alone so decided to make something very simple and use the new bean pasta which my mum bought yesterday! I have heard alot of good things about bean pasta recently so i was super excited to try it especially as i have a very hard time eating spaghetti (but i can eat normal penne pasta and like formed pasta - just not spaghetti).
And i was not disappointed! The bean pasta had alot more flavour and the consistency of it was tastier than spaghettie i.e not so slippery(? For lack of better word).
I really really liked it. And i am hoping that it will become a regular food we buy because then i am pretty sure i am going to eat it several days a week. And as i am super lazy when it comes to cooking i love how it only took about 5 minutes to make. Perfect :)
(More pasta was eaten after the picture because it was just so good... and why leave a little left in the pot?!)
I have been posting more lunch/dinner pictures hopefully they are appreciated as i got alot of requests for them :)
