Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

I am a generally happy girl who loves running, going to the gym and eating food!! Though my life has been very different.
I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia & purging tendencies & over exercising. I was depressed and self harmed. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
After alot of struggles, lots of ups and downs, suicide attempts, tears, anxiety, panic and never thinking i would be healthy.
I am now declared healthy from anorexia nervosia.

I have been blogging for 4 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I am happy and healthy and living my life. Going to school, meeting friends and trying to find myself in this world.

I write about my daily life, but also try to write posts about how it was when i was sick, advice and tips.

Wake up, its Wednesday!

At the moment my alarm doesnt seem to like me.... My first set of alarms didnt ring and then my second set of alarms only rang once, so when i set it on snooze, thinking it would ring again.... it didnt. But i was sort of half awake so after a while when it felt like 5 minutes had passed i looked at my clock and saw that it had.... So got up, got ready quickly and now i am still able to have a little while to sit and enjoy my breakfast and to write before i go to school!

If you find that you have a hard time waking up in the morning and your planned 1 hour 15 turns into only 45 minutes in the morning then 1) pack your bag the night before. 2) pick out your clothes the night before and 3)prepare breakfast such as overnight oats, a smoothie, have some boiled eggs etc which you can just grab and quickly eat!! Saves you alot of time.
   I always pack my bag and pick out clothes the night before so then when i have mornings where im too tired and know i wouldnt have had time to pack my bag or i would have forgotten 9/10 things,  i know its already packed for me!

Just some advice from me to you :) Its a way of planning and organizing your life :) Saving you time!

Today i have a long-long-long day in school and am not looking forward to it... i am longing for this week and next week to be over because then 50% of my assignments will be done and sent in and then i also have a weeks break!! Woo.-hoo!! So thats the light at the end of my tunnel at the moment :)


  1. How do you eat the orange? Dou you use a spoon or bite in it? I ask this weird question because sometimes it is annoying to pell the orange :D

    1. I peel it :)
      But if you dont want to peel an orange you can cut it into small wedges and then eat it like that :)
