Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

I am a generally happy girl who loves running, going to the gym and eating food!! Though my life has been very different.
I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia & purging tendencies & over exercising. I was depressed and self harmed. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
After alot of struggles, lots of ups and downs, suicide attempts, tears, anxiety, panic and never thinking i would be healthy.
I am now declared healthy from anorexia nervosia.

I have been blogging for 4 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I am happy and healthy and living my life. Going to school, meeting friends and trying to find myself in this world.

I write about my daily life, but also try to write posts about how it was when i was sick, advice and tips.

Tuesday and the day seems never ending... though not necessarily in a bad way.

I got to school an hour earlier so that i could sit and work on school stuff. However i have now come to the final stages of most of my assignments = less stress. But it also feels like i just sit and reread everything ive written, changing small things... but its like i become blind to my own mistakes. And the fact that i still have a week or so to keep working on the assignments means that the stress doesnt really leave.... but no more about that. Thinking stress free and positive this week!

Today my school also had our annual Song competition... my 3rd year in a row. My school has a house system so the houses compete against each other. My house had been hoping to win for a 3rd year in a row... but that didnt happen. But we tried our best which is what matters!

Before leaving for school, coming home from school (wearing my formal clothes for the song competition) and then what i usually would wear to school!

Then when i came home i made myself an early dinner as that was what i was craving. Then the tiredness kicked in and i just sort of waited for time to pass. I made myself pancakes, washed my hair and other things. And now im enjoying my night snack which is the pancakes :):) (btw...i dont follow a recipe!!)

    1. quorn fillets with vegetables, quinoa and cottage cheese ;);) My favourite, its so quick to make!

  2. How much of this do you generally eat?

    1. Alot... its soo hard to answer this question as it varies from day to day. But generally 5-7 meals per day and quite big meals.

  3. I was just wondering, what is that pink yogurt? What are the lumps in it? Your food looks super, super delicious as always! And I love your black coat! I have a similar one, only it's blue and longer. I think I wear it too much -_-

  4. it may sound like a weird question... but from which brand/ what type is your bra? my boobs have finally gotten bigger so i need to buy some bras:D

    1. I buy mine from H&M :) They are cheapest and sit pretty well!! They also seem to give a pretty great illusion ;);)
