Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

I am a generally happy girl who loves running, going to the gym and eating food!! Though my life has been very different.
I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia & purging tendencies & over exercising. I was depressed and self harmed. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
After alot of struggles, lots of ups and downs, suicide attempts, tears, anxiety, panic and never thinking i would be healthy.
I am now declared healthy from anorexia nervosia.

I have been blogging for 4 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I am happy and healthy and living my life. Going to school, meeting friends and trying to find myself in this world.

I write about my daily life, but also try to write posts about how it was when i was sick, advice and tips.
I am open and friendly, so dont be scared about writing a post or sending me an email at:

Make the best of everyday

Tuesday and an energy level of a rollercoaster..... i.e Lots of energy, no energy, lots of energy.... no energy.
Nothing exciting has happened today, so trying to find words on what to write about... Spent today trying to answer emails anyway, so some lucky people have gotten answers ;) But hopefully someday this week i will manage the rest :)
Otherwise it feels like im just staring at my documents, too tired to change them in anyway. Not happy with the whole thing so far, but also no motivation to make a change in them. But hopefully tomorrow - or Thursday (i feel like tomorrow i dont want to do anything!) i will finish all the small details of the things that need to be done!

Today is my last day that my dad is in Sweden so we're planning on doing something together, either going out for dinner, or taking a glass of wine somewhere or just a cosy dinner at home. Not really sure yet.
As many know i watch alot of series - how i have time, i dont know :) But it feels like ive watched all the good ones so now im planning on watching all 4 seasons of Ugly Betty (I followed the series when it first came out) :) Has anyone else watched it...did you like it? I loved it, so ill see if i still like it!

Also... on Friday i need to dress up for Halloween (usch... hate having to do it) so does anyone have any good costume ideas? :) PLEASE comment if you do, i need all inspiration and costume ideas i can get (preferably simple ones which i can just do at home) :)

  1. You could be: Alice in wonderland, cowboy, Indian, pippi longstocking, Mary poppins, a witch, a vampire or rosie the riveter (you know the woman with the red scarf around her head saying "we can do it!")

  2. Du skulle passa som Alice i wonderland!! såg bara personen som kommenterade ovan :)

Heres a website I found with tons of ideas!!!! I think theres 100??

    Hope you find something!!

  4. Well, you know we are a bit different dressers in most cases, but if I were you, I'd definitely be the freak of the party and dress up as Slender(wo)man or a sheet ghost! They'd be simple to execute and surely catch some eyes :---) Or maybe I'd just put up some kind of a wicked look by letting my hair down in front, painting my face with a scarily pathetic make-up and wearing some torn, curtainish clothes.

If you're looking for a more specific character, though, I guess Hermione would make quite a nice option. I'm not a Potter fan - haven't read a single book - but you do look a bit like Emma Watson and the hairdo would be as simple as the over-night braids opened up :) Then you'd just put on a jacket and be ready to fly.
