Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Eat, Study, Repeat

Friday and my day off school!
A study day, which is exactly what i made it into. Most people when its a study day just take it as a day off, and i completly understand that. I, however... did use my day studying!

After breakfast and some other things i packed a lunch with me and walked to the library and i sat there for 3,5 hours and got quite alot of work done!! I got into a flow where i just kept typing... i even took off my shoes and made myself super comfortable there. After that long time of sitting there with my computer and notes all around me i got hungry and thirsty (no where to fill a bottle :( ) again so i packed my things and walked home! And time for a snack - egg white oatmeal, casein and protein bites (Yup.. alot of protein in this meal. hahah. Though i usually dont think of that while making a meal, i just eat what i am craving!)

My wrists are hands are slightly aching from all the typing... so im thinking that just watching a series (The latest Vampire diaries season came out yesterday!!!) will be good for me.. i mean, it is my day off after all ;)

  1. how do you eat egg white oatmeal?

    1. With a spoon?

But do you mean make? :) 1-2 portion oats, water, 2-3 egg whites - mix while boiling.
